1. With the held of many world's broadcast, BBC, VOA, RFA and DVB, the world's family has already recognized the current tragedy events occurring in our mother territory of KNU, Brigade 7, Pa-an District as your army (DKBA) (Democratic Kayin Buddhist Army), under the pressure of SPDC, has started a major operation intensively with many kinds of weapons from the first week of June, 2009 up to now.

2. You and your members may aware that there are several social communities which are working as different groups of social activities for the welfare of our Karen community and also politically some strong believers who devote their lives by strong faith and firm determination are taking arms for the free and fair of our people.

3. All of us understand that DKBA is one of the prominent groups which are leaded by you and your features. Anyway, we do believe if you are taking into consideration to this issue seriously and stop the fighting immediately there won't be any conflict at all and will be peace and stability very soon.

At the same time, it is very embarrassed to show up our face to the outside world with regard to this terrible tragedy and it can also greatly be effective to the unity and reconciliation of our Karen community. I think that we really need to preserve and to protect them for the entire of our Karen if we are sure a truly Karen citizen.

4. If we consider the current situation, as the matter of the fact, we could see that the most effective loss is only our Karen with both sides including our grass root. To be at the human being it is rare in the Buddha's teaching. Therefore, if we practice for the social welfare, it would be many fruitful for the good of all.

5. In conclusion, what I do like you to do is to stop the fire and withdraw your troops. If you could afford, you and your members would be very much appreciated.
